Online Customer Service Advisor
Location:Â Biggleswade
Hours:Â Monday - Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
Salary: £11.44 per hour; Increase to £27k when Perm
Job Type:Â Temp to Perm
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Customer Service Advisor to join our clients growing team in Biggleswade. This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of their customer services department within the expanding and dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and internal team members.
- Processing orders placed via the website and internal systems.
- Communicating with customers through online chat and email.
- Tracking and managing orders by liaising with courier networks.
- Assisting customers with website navigation and order placement.
- Performing general office and customer service duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems (training provided).
- Prior experience in an office-based customer service role is preferred.
- Strong telephone and email communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service.
