- Liaising internally between departments and stores
- Conversing with customers via email, online chat and telephone
- Assisting customers when using the company website
- Processing both customers’ website placed orders and internal store placed orders
- Providing general office support
- Actioning inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Computer Literate (Full training will be provided on in-house systems)
- Strong work ethic and ability to use own initiative
- A background in customer services, involving customer telephone and email experience, is preferred
