Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer with an industry-leading high-end manufacturer.

You’ll play a key role in developing cutting-edge audio products from concept through to manufacturing, working within a skilled R&D team. This position offers the opportunity to engage in all aspects of electronics design, including analogue and digital circuits, firmware, and product validation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop audio electronics products (analogue and digital design, multilayer PCB layout, microcontroller firmware, etc)
  • Validate prototypes through listening tests and measurements
  • Manage project budgets, BOMs and schedules
  • Create technical reports on research and testing
  • Create manufacturing documentation and technical reports
  • Source and liaise with external suppliers

Required Skills

  • PCB layout experience
  • Knowledge of audio electronics hardware design
  • Embedded systems/firmware experience (C/C++)
  • Digital signal processing knowledge
  • Surface-mount soldering/prototyping

Desirable (not essential)

  • RTOS experience
  • Experience with audio measurement systems
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
