- Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an ambitious B2B Internal Sales Executive- this company recognises ability, talent and potential and offer great opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- As the new B2BInternal Sales Executive, you will manage an existing customer base, developing strong relationships and managing a range of customer requirements.
- You will manage and build relationships and business with key partners, delivering growth and gaining loyalty to secure repeat business.
- Your focus will be on developing business and building sales, converting leads and opportunities into sales.
- Managing your workload and activity, you will build, increase and develop sales with new, lapsed and existing customers.
- You will identify target customers to sell the company's range of products, focussing on quality, innovation and service.
- You will work closely with the external sales teams and customer service team to drive sales and reach agreed targets.
- Utilising all available resources, you will identify and pursue opportunities and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Successfully managing accounts and budgets, you will achieve agreed sales, revenue and profit targets.
The Candidate
- To be considered for the role of B2BInternal Sales Executive, you will have a successful background in sales, customer service and relationship management.
- You will be ambitious, hungry, goal and target oriented and driven by your own success and achievement.
- You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Working in a fast-paced sales environment comes naturally to you, as does overcoming objections, whilst still delivering excellent customer service.
- You will be self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm and be results driven and energetic, with a can-do attitude. ?
