Mechanical Fitter

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus benefits and overtime potential)
Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Friday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

• Total Hours: 38 hours per week

• Overtime: Available on Saturdays (1.5x pay) and Sundays (2.0x pay)

• Holiday Entitlement: 25 days

• Perform high-quality component and specialist sub-assemblies.

• Read, interpret, and work from detailed engineering drawings.

• Operate and maintain various machine shop equipment.

• Strong background in mechanical fitting; additional electrical fitting skills are highly advantageous.

• Proven experience in building special-purpose or bespoke machinery.

• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a forward-thinking team environment.

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000, with excellent overtime earning potential.

• Flexible and attractive working hours, including an early Friday finish.

• Premium overtime rates: 1.5x pay on Saturdays and 2.0x pay on Sundays.
