- Document management including case management and bundling
- Conducting comprehensive researching including the drafting and writing of documents
- Arranging and attending client meetings
- Assisting the team in marketing their services and networking
- Assisting colleagues and supporting supervisors in fee-earning matters
- Proven typist (dictation will be required as part of the role)
- Proven experience as a Paralegal within a law firm and ideally in a probate environment
- Follow financial guidelines with regard to Solicitors Accounts Rules and cash flow control on case files
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong IT skills
- Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
