Our Biggleswade based client are looking for a Returns Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Returns department, from liaising with suppliers and branches to handling returns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join a well-established business. Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising between internal branches and suppliers via telephone and email
  • Managing current RMAs, including requesting, crediting and approving returns
  • Managing outstanding RMAs
  • Update suppliers as to returns procedures
  • Assisting with additional general office duties as required
  • Provide additional support on the shop floor as required
  • Inputting into CRM system
  • Actioning inbound and outbound calls to customers and suppliers
 What We're Looking For
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Computer literate, including knowledge of Word and Excel (full training on the internal computer system will be provided)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
