- Liaising between internal branches and suppliers via telephone and email
- Managing current RMAs, including requesting, crediting and approving returns
- Managing outstanding RMAs
- Update suppliers as to returns procedures
- Assisting with additional general office duties as required
- Provide additional support on the shop floor as required
- Inputting into CRM system
- Actioning inbound and outbound calls to customers and suppliers
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Computer literate, including knowledge of Word and Excel (full training on the internal computer system will be provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
