- Implement marketing calendar aligned with product launches, retailer partnerships, and seasonal promotions.
- Partner with retailers to create and execute marketing plans, securing digital, in-store, and social media opportunities.
- Provide marketing support to independent retailers and Brand Ambassadors; manage creative assets and bi-monthly newsletters.
- Design custom digital assets (web banners, social posts, brand pages) using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Track and analyze marketing performance; generate monthly reports to inform strategy and growth.
- Assist PR team with media monitoring and distributing content to key press contacts.
- Write compelling copy for blogs, websites, and press releases, ensuring brand tone consistency.
- Enhance internal communications via newsletters and plan company events like quarterly socials.
- Organise and manage logistics for trade and consumer shows.
- Oversee budget management to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.Â
- At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing and/or PR role, ideally in retail or B2C environments.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a natural communicator with strong organisational abilities.
- Analytical and commercially savvy, with a talent for managing budgets.
- A passionate and committed attitude, eager to grow and develop in a collaborative team environment.
- Confidence on camera to support the brand’s expansion on TikTok!
