We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in high-end residential construction, for an Electrical Engineering Manager. This role offers a clear career path to senior leadership positions such as Engineering Director or Technical Director.

Reporting to the Director and working closely with the Commercial Director, you will oversee electrical projects from Stage 3/4 design development to site handover and liaise with the project management team on delivery.

  • 90,000 to 100,000 Salary + Package

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: An opportunity to be an engineering lead within the business
  • Project Management: Manage high-end residential projects, ensuring systems are coordinated, compliant, and supported by detailed pre-construction packages.
  • Procurement & Coordination: Oversee supplier bids, Value Engineering opportunities, and CDP subcontractors.
  • BIM & Documentation: Ensure accuracy of BIM resources, drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Client Engagement: Provide detailed pre-construction reports and support the QS in managing variations.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical systems for high-end residential projects, from design through to site handover.
  • Strong leadership, technical expertise, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Stage 3/4 design and pre-construction processes.
