An international finance company require an Italian speaking office administrator to join their offices in Biggelswade. The role is varied and will include answering inbound calls from Italy, credit and verification checking customers plus general office admin duties. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing work, self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures the smooth running of this company’s offices and contributes to all areas of the business

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
