Talent Guardian is thrilled to partner with an innovative brand seeking a Marketing & PR Executive.This exciting role covers Marketing, PR, Events, Graphic Design, and Communications. You'll work with national and independent retailers, drive impactful campaigns, plan dynamic events, and shape the brand's communication strategies. If you're eager to join a vibrant team and make your mark, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and implement the marketing calendar in sync with product launches, retailer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Partner with retailers to develop and execute standout marketing plans for product launches and seasonal activities, while negotiating the best marketing opportunities across digital campaigns, in-store displays, and social media.
  • Support independent retailers and Brand Ambassadors, managing marketing queries, distributing creative assets, and taking full ownership of a bi-monthly retailer newsletter.
  • Create bespoke digital assets for retailers using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva—think eye-catching web banners, social posts, and brand pages.
  • Track marketing performance and collaborate with the team to produce monthly marketing reports that inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Assist the PR team with media monitoring and distributing content to key press contacts.
  • Craft compelling copy across blogs, websites, and press releases, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand tone and strategy.
  • Enhance internal communications, from creating engaging internal newsletters to planning exciting company events like quarterly socials.
  • Support trade and consumer show management, handling logistics and organisation for these key industry events.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing and/or PR role, ideally in retail or B2C environments.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a natural communicator with strong organisational abilities.
  • Analytical and commercially savvy, with a talent for managing budgets.
  • A passionate and committed attitude, eager to grow and develop in a collaborative team environment.
