Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy client in Biggleswade. This is a full-time temp2perm position working on a fast paced night shift.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off 19:00 to 07:00 (Nights)
Pay Rate: £14.94 p/h with pay-rise after temp2perm!!
This role involves:
- leading a team of operatives (up to 12)
- your day to day duties are hands-on and you'll do operative duites whilst leading the team
- loading and unloading
- running daily orders
- resolving stock discrepancies
- assisting in other warehouse departments as and when required
- operating PPT & VNA Forklift
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- able to lead a team of operatives by example
- reliable with great communication skills
- able to work at a fast pace
- hands-on (you'll be working alongside the operatives)
- strong level of English speaking
- used to working on night shifts and able to work 4 on 4 off
- VNA Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- have you own transport to commute to work due to the location of the warehouse
