We have an exciting opportunity Finance Assistant based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of theFinance Assistant
- Accounts payable duties including inputting invoices, credit notes and payments made.
- Credit control including cash allocation and reconciliation.
- Financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Control account reconciliation.
- Ensuring you meet department KPIs.
Requirements for a successful Finance Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts or Finance experience.
- AAT qualified.
- Credit control and accounts payable experience.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
