As a Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring high-quality care.
  • Make autonomous decisions while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Lead, develop, and support your team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop meaningful activities and community links.
  • Work 28 hours in a supernumerary capacity and 12 hours on the floor.
