As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Home Manager in ensuring high-quality care.
- Make autonomous decisions while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Lead, develop, and support your team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Work 28 hours in a supernumerary capacity and 12 hours on the floor.
