Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance with daily personal care routines.

- Demonstrate expertise in understanding and managing challenging behaviours that may arise due to the unique needs of students.
Support Worker Requirements:
- Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
- Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience working with children/young people or within a similar Social Care setting.
- A driver's license and access to your car are essential due to the rural location.
