Returns Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
Salary: £11.44 per hour; Increase to £27,180 when Perm
We are seeking a Returns Operative to join Biggleswade client’s warehouse-based returns department. If you are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Booking Returns: Accurately process and check all returns received into the system.
- Repackaging Goods: Prepare goods for return to suppliers and other branches.
- Warehouse Organisation: Assist in managing returns collection bays, debit, and shelf locations.
- Team Support: Provide general support to the returns team, including occasional office duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior similar warehouse experience is required; full training on all systems provided.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
- Hard-working and dependable.
- A positive and friendly approach to daily tasks.
