Paraplanner

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a paraplanner to work for our well established client.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced paraplanner who enjoys working in financial services but who also enjoys passing on their knowledge to apprentices. This role offers variety as it also includes general office management.

Duties to include:

Supporting the advisors with suitablity reports
Overseeing the compliance of the business including FCS regulations
Managing client agreements and documentation
Delegating the daily workload to the team
Conduct team meetings
Conduct team 1:1's and performance reviews
General admin management such as reviewing and renewing utility and insurance contracts
