Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Billericay, Essex, is seeking an ambitious Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join their friendly, dynamic team.The Role:

As an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior, you will play an integral part in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporations. This role offers a blend of audit and accounts work, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to engage in all aspects of the audit process, from planning through to completion, as well as preparing financial statements and tax computations.Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a range of clients- Preparation of financial statements in line with FRS102 and FRS105- Preparation of corporation tax computations- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships- Assisting with general accounting tasks and bookkeeping for clients- Supervising and mentoring junior team membersAbout You:- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with experience in audit and accounts preparation- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (FRS102/FRS105)- Experience in audit, preferably gained within a practice environment- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently- Excellent communication and client-facing skills- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWhy Join?Our client offers an excellent working environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.
