Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Strong professional building surveying skills, i.e., party walls, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement costs along with some contract admin experience
- Experience of working within a consulting environment
- Excellent client facing skills
- MRICS Qualified
Salary - 45,000 - 50,000
