Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide essential classroom cover across all primary year groups. In this role, you will supervise and support classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining classroom management.
We are looking for a Cover Supervisor in Billericay with the following:
• Previous experience working in a school environment (ideal but not essential)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confidence in delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and engaging students
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning across various year groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for education and supporting children's development
