PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR BILLERICAY

This is a really lovely administrative role which will cover 4 days a week.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. 8.45 -5pm.

This will include bank holidays - Bank holidays would be paid as overtime.

You will be working within a retail company so the days are not negotiable I'm afraid.

Its a busy and varied role where duties will include:

Checking order paperwork Producing Purchase Orders Booking in stock from supplier delivery notes Stock adjustments Stock labelling for the departments Participating in stock take activities throughout the year.

Producing point of sale signage for the shop floor

Filing Updating company website & social media pages

Carrying out any reasonable ad-hoc requests. The skills required to successfully do this job include: Administration experience is essential.

A good level of knowledge using Microsoft office applications. A structured approach to paperwork and strong attention to detail.

Excellent organisational skills.
