Our client is seeking a bookkeeper to oversee the internal finance function, to maintain a full trial balance and complete trial balance reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Role:
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice discount reconciliation - this is new to the business and fundamental to the role
- Sales ledger reconciliation weekly
- Purchase ledger weekly
- Posting wages journals
- Wage control
- VAT control
- HP and lease register
- Support sales & purchase ledger invoices when needed but this will be processed by the admin team
Package:
- £35,000 - £42,000
- 20 days holiday + BH
- Full time or part time
- Flexible working hours
- Potential to one day per week WFH
