In this role you will have the freedom to be creative and to provide delicious, home-cooked and baked meals using fresh, locally sourced produce.
Job Requirements:
- Level 3 food hygiene
- Previous experience in creating and preparing vegetarian and vegan cuisine is desirable
- Willingness to help train and develop team members
- Outgoing with an interest in people and the community
- Proven track record in working to deadlines
Responsibilities
- Menu planning and food preparation
- Ensuring timely turnaround of orders
- Line mangement of kitchen team
- Sourcing local produce
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Engaging with customers to develop menus
