We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development of distinctive brand assets, compelling campaigns, and integrated marketing activations for a multisite business based in Billericay, Essex. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage brand assets including imagery, video, and music.
  • Lead campaign propositions for new product launches, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create integrated marketing assets for use across PR, social, digital, and sales channels.
  • Manage key supplier relationships for merchandise and print materials.
  • Oversee creative strategy, translating national brand initiatives into local market activations.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, optimising for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop an in-house designer, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
About you:
  • Experience in brand marketing and campaign management.
  • Well versed at delivering marketing communications in a multi-site business
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury sector developing marketing & communications for premium priced products / services desirable
  • Media planning and execution at both a national and hyper local town/city level
  • Proven team leadership with management of design team an advantage
