Job Title - Technical Sales Executive (Lift Industry)
Location - Essex
Based in Head office in Basildon 2 days per week, and 3 days out.
Salary - £48k - £65k plus car allowance
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Executive to deliver growth of the overall service portfolio, whilst adhering to a strategic business plan for balanced and sustainable delivery.
The successful candidate will unearth, nurture and deliver upon pre-existing and new relationships for the organic growth of the Service portfolio, through individual and large tender opportunities.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a fresh customer base outside of the existing portfolio
- Secure maintenance contracts, delivering consistently against target
- Convert all warranty contracts prior to expiry
- Generate and manage all incoming enquiries for maintenance contracts
- Keep abreast of all market and client developments feeding back potential opportunities in developing our offering
- Undertake site-based surveys and condition reporting for accurate quotation
- Prepare agreement documents for submission and signing by both parties
- Prepare and submit for management review pricing documents on large scale opportunities in alignment with pricing strategy
- Create and deliver client presentations on service offerings and points of difference
- Clearly communicate all contractual obligations and commitments to all internal delivery parties, giving short breakdown of complex agreements
- Ensure all documentation is signed and passed through to the internal QS for review and acceptance.
- Keep clear records of all agreements and deviations in centrally held storage platforms
- Provide opportunity and guidance to Repair team on opportunities for dilapidation or contractual allowance for chargeable works
