Salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience levels, with bonus.
We are recruiting for an award-winning architectural practice in Billericay. Due to increased client wins and growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Building Surveyor to join their busy team.

We are looking for a talented Senior Commercial Building Surveyor who can meet our key requirements:
MRICS qualification with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Track record of dealing directly with clients and delivering an excellent service.
Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
Full driving license.
