Sonic Summary

A Groundworker is needed for a temporary contract with a leading Property Services company based in Basildon.
The position offers a salary of £18.00 per hour PAYE or £23.06 per hour umbrella, along with a van, fuel card, and additional benefits.
Responsibilities include performing various technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging, and fencing in a domestic social housing setting.
Candidates must have a full UK driving license and previous experience as a qualified Groundworker, ideally in the construction industry.
A relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or NVQ and a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card are also required, along with good health and safety knowledge.

Looking to recruit a Groundworker to undertake repairs and maintenance works for a leading Property Services company based around Basildon on a temporary contract

Responsibilities:

Carry out a verity technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging and fencing within a domestic social housing setting.
Use tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks.
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device with training provided, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided.
Previous experience as a qualified Groundworker, ideally within the construction industry
hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or NVQ, with excellent working H & S knowledge.
CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card
