- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required.
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred but not essential).
