Sonic Summary

An experienced Mortgage professional is sought for a Mortgage Advisor position in the Basildon area, with options for employed or self-employed work.
The role offers a basic salary between £25,000 and £30,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from £50,000 to £60,000.
Candidates should possess CeMap or equivalent qualifications and have experience in a mortgage adviser position, ideally with CAS Status.
Key responsibilities include writing mortgage business, providing exceptional customer care, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The position also provides full admin support, with a commission structure of 20% and a self-employed option offering 50% on written mortgage business.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client's successful team in the Basildon area on either an employed or self-employed basis. This position offered strong earning potential, as well as, full admin and management support.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
OTE - £50,000 - £60,000
20% commission
Self Employed Option offering 50% on written Mortgage Business
Full admin support

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
Experience in a mortgage adviser position
Ideally CAS Status
Able to build and forge strong relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical and able to research.
Provide exceptional client service.
Strong negotiation and influencing.
Organised and effective time management.

Mortgage Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

Writing Mortgage Business
Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
Convert booked appointments into business
Contact customers for missed opportunities
Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
Achieve sales targets each month
