Senior Ecologist Role:

Mentor & Lead: Guide junior ecologists and ensure high standards across all projects.
Manage Projects: Oversee a varied portfolio, delivering on-time, client-focused ecological solutions.
Advanced Surveys: Conduct and manage fieldwork focused on protected species and habitats.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships, providing expert, tailored advice.
Reporting & Compliance: Produce detailed, compliant reports to support planning and development.

Senior Ecologist Requirements:

Qualified: Degree in ecology or related field, with CIEEM membership.
Experienced: Proven ability to manage complex projects and conduct advanced surveys.
