Key Responsibilities:- Support the talent acquisition team in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing recruitment processes.
- Assist with posting job ads on various platforms and tracking applications.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Use of social media and job boards to advertise roles.
- Source candidates
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus, but not required.
