Role Overview: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line. This includes various tasks such as assembly, machine operation, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will be working closely with a team to meet production targets while ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Assembling products and performing tasks on the production line.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery or equipment.
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch.
• Ensuring production deadlines are met and targets are achieved.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
