Are you a successful, experienced Development Finance Broker interested in playing an integral role in the growth of a highly ambitious property finance brokerage.

This is unique opportunity for a talented Development Finance Broker to specialise with in providing property finance solutions within the development finance (Residential, Semi Commercial, Commercial and Refurbishment).

You will have access to a fantastic lead source, arranging finance for property developers, securing finance from some of the best specialist lenders in the market.

Experience required:

• Candidates need to have in depth experience of placing development finance enquiries.
• CeMAP Qualified desired
• You must have a minimum 3 years experience working within specialist property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
• You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Willing to learn and implement new skills and knowledge quickly
• Comfortable dealing with HNW clients and their unique requirements
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at multi-tasking
• Well organised and a strong communicator

Salary Details:

This is a self employed opportunity (with a generous monthly guarantee) + excellent commission + additional profit based bonus.

Once established, a genuine opportunity is possible to earn £150-250k per annum.
