Based in Essex with hybrid working options, this role is perfect for an experienced ecologist ready to make a real difference while advancing their career.
Senior Ecologist Role:
- Mentor & Lead: Guide junior ecologists and ensure high standards across all projects.
- Manage Projects: Oversee a varied portfolio, delivering on-time, client-focused ecological solutions.
- Advanced Surveys: Conduct and manage fieldwork focused on protected species and habitats.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships, providing expert, tailored advice.
- Reporting & Compliance: Produce detailed, compliant reports to support planning and development.
Senior Ecologist Requirements:
- Qualified: Degree in ecology or related field, with CIEEM membership.
- Experienced: Proven ability to manage complex projects and conduct advanced surveys.
- Knowledgeable: Deep understanding of ecological legislation and survey techniques.
- Protected Species Licence/Licences
Senior Ecologist Benefits:
