About the Company

You will be working for a dynamic, highly reputable, and Independent Insurance Broker within their Personal Lines team. You will become an integral part of their experienced, professional and knowledgeable Insurance experts.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver a full-service Personal Lines insurance offering to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Meet annual sales targets, operational plans, and budgets for your designated area.
  • Regularly assess and monitor personal and team performance against set objectives, forecasts, and budgets, providing timely feedback to the Director.
  • Conduct appraisals and performance reviews for team members, offering clear development plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day team management, including monitoring holidays, absences, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance to team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Actively seek and acquire new business opportunities, aligning with company targets and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to address performance gaps or customer satisfaction issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven team leading experience and knowledge in Personal Lines insurance preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a solid understanding of change management.
  • Ability to work independently, tackling diverse challenges in a growing business.
  • Sound judgment on when to seek guidance or escalate issues for resolution.
  • A quick learner who can grasp new concepts efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
