Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Resourcer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career in recruitment. As an Apprentice Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants in identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional individuals in various roles across London and Home Counties. This apprenticeship program will provide you with comprehensive training and development opportunities to kickstart your career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

Use various channels, including job boards, social media, and our database, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs.

Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance, support, and information about available job opportunities.

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with our consultants and clients.

Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining candidate records.

Help in the preparation of job advertisements and candidate profiles.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes.

Training and Development:

Actively participate in the apprenticeship program, completing required coursework and on-the-job training.

Seek feedback and proactively work to improve your skills and knowledge in education recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

A strong desire to start a career in recruitment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
