Estimator

My client is in search of an Estimator to join their team located from their head office in Great Burstead, Essex.

My client isa blue-chip contractor who work within the following sectors: High end retail refurbishments, hospitality(hotels, restaurants & bars), prime residential fit outs & refurbishments, sporting venues and private healthcare clinics.

The role will involve:Reviewing initial enquiries, take offs and packagingup enquiries.My client is keen to see core first principal skills, aside fromthis they can assist in training and development for the successful candidate to learn both their markets and systems.

The business boats and incredibly low turnover of staff, with zero departures from the Estimating department in the head of departments 7-year tenure with the business, highlighting the level of progression and development available for the successful applicant.
