- Act as Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
- Provide CDM and health & safety advice to clients, designers, and contractors
- Review and prepare pre-construction information, risk assessments, and method statements
- Attend project meetings to offer guidance on health & safety issues and promote a culture of safety awareness
- Conduct site visits to assess compliance with health & safety standards
- Deliver CDM training and workshops to project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain Health & Safety Files and documentation
- Assist with business development, bid writing, and tender submissions
- Cover Essex, London visits and occasionally nationwide project dependant
- A degree in Health & Safety, Construction, or a related field
- Extensive experience in a CDM or health & safety consultancy role
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and industry best practices
- Chartered Membership (IOSH, APS, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle
