Join a family-run Domiciliary Care Service operating in Croydon and Sutton, dedicated to providing top-notch care and support services. We enable our predominantly elderly clients to maintain their independence at home. We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated female care workers to join our team. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary—we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and values.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of each client.
- Assist with personal care, toileting, and medication management.
- Offer practical support with tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and laundry.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Adapt to varying daily tasks, ensuring each client is treated with respect and dignity.
- A commitment to providing excellent care and support.
- Respectful and dignified approach to working with clients.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Must be local to the Croydon area and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including at least every other weekend.
- Comprehensive training provided, with opportunities to shadow experienced carers.
