We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join one of our esteemed schools located in Billericay, Essex. Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Support students with their learning objectives, providing one-on-one assistance when necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
