As we pick up pace in the delivery of the IT Transformation Roadmap there are significant number of operational changes with impact on multiple IT platforms required by Rail & Infrastructure that underpin their business goals.

These changes require prioritisation and detailed coordination across multiple teams for successful timely completion.

The IT Business Partner for Rail & Infrastructure will work closely with their SLT team to define scope, and actively manage timelines for delivery of IT changes. They will also work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for process, data and technology synergies between work streams. For example rolling out a feature developed for Rail & Infrastructure into other units such as Landscape, Design and Energy

Principle Accountability Areas:

  • Plan, organise and prioritise product improvement requests for the assigned Business Units.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to directors, sales teams, customers and partners, to ensure alignment and delivery of value/benefits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, data analysts, designers and third-party suppliers to assess technical dependencies and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the efficient and productive working practices of the Transformation function.
