What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in handling a diverse caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

? Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.? Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, drafting contracts, and ensuring smooth progress throughout the transaction.? Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to provide outstanding service and proactive updates.? Handling exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently and accurately.? Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in conveyancing.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in handling residential property transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
