Senior Architect

Bennett and Game are representing a UK leading Consultancy based in Billericay who are looking for a SeniorArchitect to join their growing team. With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Senior Architect will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to quickily develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to 52,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.

• Salary: 45,000 to 52,000
• Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
• Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors, project values up to 10 million.
• Liaise with other professionals and act as Lead Consultant on a wide range of projects.
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

• ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
• Revit proficient
• Lives within a commutable distance of Billericay
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence
