Business Operations Manager

First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit a Business Operations Manager to help develop our clients paving and flooring business covering the London regions and supporting the business on a national level.
Ideally candidates will have a good understanding of the consumer construction industry, including paving and outdoor flooring and be able to manage a large national sales operation.
Candidate duties will include:
- Arranging and attending business to business sales meetings
- To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients and companies
- To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline and diary and reports to director level
- Attend regular service meetings with current clients, reporting on stock levels and stock delivery lead times
- To visit customers and make them aware of a product range, stock levels and outdoor porcelain designs
- Secure and process orders from customers, processing orders, invoicing and warehouse control
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers across the country
- Actively target key B2B customers, independent builders merchant and landscape companies
- Manage supplier relationships and product ranges
Ideally we are looking for candidates that have a background or experience of construction or trade sales and an experience of paving and outdoor flooring.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.
Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's and a car allowance option and company benefits.
