The role will be very varied and needs someone that enjoys a challenge and working on a wide variety of tasks and projects.
Part Time20 hours+ per week however could be more due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be flexible and adaptable. Please note this role is office based 4 days a week.
The role will pay 25 per hour, which is circa 45,000 pro rata.
Key duties will include;
- Diary coordination, email management, report and letter writing, personal administration, IT and inventory management
- Plan and arrange personal travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
- Handle visa applications for the employer and their family members, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met
- Oversee various personal home-related tasks, such as maintenance, repairs, coordination, and orders with service providers
- Schedule medical appointments, arrange for healthcare services, and maintain medical records.
- Building and maintaining robust, positive relationships with new team members, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
- Administrative coordination and management of external stakeholders on associated projects including legal, construction and financial partners.
Key skills, knowledge and experience required;
- Proven experience in a PA or EA role at Director level or above
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Experience working as a private PA would be an advantage
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- A solutions orientated approach
- Administration and management of diaries, problem solving and organisation skills
