Contract : Permanent - Mobile role
Salary: 33,000 - 35,000
Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around Basildon area.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs , remedial carpentry/joinery, tiling, plastering etc within a social housing setting
- working efficiently and safety in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience
- Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
- NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
- Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
