This wonderful primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Class Teacher to join their vibrant and welcoming school in Brentwood from September. As a key member of this teaching team, you will inspire and challenge your class, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. You will create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, creativity, and independent learning.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of your students, providing regular feedback and ensuring their continued development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities and school-wide initiatives.

About You:

  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Has experience of teaching in a primary setting (either ECT or experienced teachers welcome).
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons.
  • Is passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is committed to continuous professional development and is eager to grow within the profession.
