The Role:
They are seeking a committed and compassionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team immediately. This class presents a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to make a real difference to a group of enthusiastic learners who may require additional guidance and support to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons to Year 3 students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, working collaboratively to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Key Stage 2, with an ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
- A positive and resilient individual who is able to motivate and inspire pupils, even when faced with challenges.
