A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader for a perm role on behalf of our client, a reputable construction company based in Billericay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office - giving the team guidance and support
  • Track and monitor the performance of maintenance activities using KPIs.
  • Point of escalation for the office and clients
  • Overseeing and managing WIP
  • Training of new staff
  • Implementing new processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Managing disrepairs/ voids were required
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
  • Previous background in the construction industry
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction.
  • Driving license
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm
