The client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager for a new build school project in Essex valued at over £50 million.
The salary for this position ranges from £75,000 to £85,000 depending on experience, along with a competitive package.
Candidates must have prior experience leading new build education projects and hold relevant certifications such as CSCS Black or White card, SMSTS, and First Aid.
The role can be offered on a permanent, temp-to-perm, or long-term freelance basis, and applicants should ideally be located within commuting distance of Essex.

Our client is a well respected Tier 1 Main Contractor looking to recruit a ProjectManager to head up 1 of a serious of new build school projects in Essex. Values £50m +.
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with relevant project prior experience - i.e. working as a project lead on new build, schools / education projects is essential (even if of smaller values).
Our client is happy to consider ProjectManagers on a permanent / temp to perm basis ideally.
Project Managers should ideally hold: CSCS Black or white card / SMSTS / First Aid as a minimum
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier 1. The chosen ProjectManager will receive a competitive day rate / salary + package in line with the market, circa £75k - £85k + package. DOE NEG.
The chosen person will ideally be located in daily commute of Essex.
The projects start on site in the new year but to allow for the interview process & notice periods interested applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.
